CentreRacing is licensed by the Northern Territory Government. It was founded as a division of Centrebet in 1992. In 1998 Centrebet was acquired by Jupiters Limited, a public company with interests in casinos, hotels, networked gaming and hardware/software development in Australia. On May 1 2000, Terry Lillis purchased the horse racing division from Centrebet and thus CentreRacing was born. CentreRacing is Licensed by the Northern Territory Government to conduct racebetting by telephone and internet.
